Remove instance proxy

Removes a proxy from the instance by its index.

Authorization

AuthorizationBearer <token>

Preferred API authentication. Use a JWT with the api audience.

In: header

id*string

The unique identifier (UUID) of the instance.

index*integer

The zero-based index of the proxy to remove. Returns INVALID_ARGUMENT if index is out of bounds.
